The Little Spark of Courage and His Three Friends

Once upon a time, there was a tiny spark called Courage. He lived deep inside a warm, gentle heart. He was small, but very special, because whenever his person needed him, he would glow just a little brighter.
But one day, a big shadow appeared—its name was Fear. Fear wasn’t bad—it just wanted to give warnings. “Watch out! This is new! This is different! What if something happens?” it whispered. And Courage, the little spark, became very quiet.
There was a girl named Lily. She often felt afraid when it got dark. Sometimes, her heart would beat so fast that it felt like a wild drum inside her chest (Aconitum). Sometimes, she felt so weak that she could barely move (Gelsemium). And sometimes, the darkness played strange tricks on her mind, making her see shadows where there was nothing (Stramonium).
One night, Lily whispered, “Courage, are you still there?”
And softly, she heard a tiny voice say: “I am always here. Sometimes, I just hide a little.”
I just hide a little.” Lily thought for a moment. “But what should I do when Fear is so loud?”
Courage sparkled gently and said: ✨ “Listen closely: I may be small, but I grow when you call me.“
“How do I call you?” Lily asked.
“It’s easy,” Courage whispered:
Take a deep breath in and out—so deep that you can feel me.
Put your hand over your heart—I am always there.
Tell me what scares you—and then ask if I’m still with you.
Lily tried it. She took a deep breath, placed her hand on her heart, and said: “I’m scared of the dark.” Then she listened. And deep inside, she felt a soft, warm glow. “I’m here,” said Courage. And suddenly, Lily didn’t feel so alone anymore.
She now knew:
- If her heart raced so fast that she thought it would burst, she would remember that Courage was already there—just like Aconitum, which helps when fear comes on suddenly.
- If she felt frozen and unable to move, she would remember that Courage still flickered inside her—just like Gelsemium, which helps when fear makes you feel weak.
- And if the dark played tricks on her eyes, she would know that Courage always shines brighter than fear—just like Stramonium, which brings light to the darkness.
From that night on, she knew: Courage is always there—you just have to call it a little. 🌙✨Good night, little warrior. Your Courage never sleeps. 🤍
