About Kristina
Hello, my name is Kristina. I am a Licensed Irish Family Homeopath and a member of the ISH, working with both clinical and classical approaches. I continue to deepen my expertise through training with renowned homeopathic schools.
I studied homeopathy for four years at the Irish School of Homeopathy, alongside additional training in nutrition, psychotherapeutic support in addiction, behavioural challenges, grief, and attachment. After my formal studies, I continued to expand my knowledge through ongoing mentorship and advanced psychotherapy training at IICP College.
Why did you become a homeopath? I believe that homeopathy supports the body’s natural ability to heal and helps restore balance through all stages of life. I work with individuals and families facing a wide range of health challenges — from childhood illnesses to women’s and men’s health, emotional well-being, chronic conditions, and mental health challenges.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens when we feel seen, supported, and gently guided back into balance — physically, emotionally, and mentally. My journey into holistic care began within my own family and continues to grow as I witness how natural approaches can bring meaningful and lasting change.
As a mother of two, I have experienced firsthand how homeopathy can support children through different stages of life. I have witnessed its power in the healing of my own children — one with asthma and another who experienced side effects following vaccination. Working through these challenges not only helped my children but also inspired me to return to studying this beautiful art and science.
That experience shaped my path and my purpose. It gave me a deep trust in the body’s ability to heal when supported in the right way and strengthened my belief in gentle, integrative approaches to health. My additional training in grief, attachment, addiction, and behavioural support allows me to help families navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges alongside physical health concerns.
I am especially passionate about supporting families and children, including those facing emotional, mental, and behavioural challenges such as ADHD and beyond. Every person’s story matters to me, and I bring care, presence, and understanding to each individual I work with.
Alongside my homeopathic practice, I also work with the body through Chinese medicine, Qi Gong, and sound healing, supporting people at different stages of their health journey.
My desire is to empower parents to know that they have options — that they are not alone and that gentle, supportive approaches are available for their children and families. I want them to feel the same hope, reassurance, and encouragement that homeopathy brought into my own life.
For me, this work is more than a profession — it is a true calling. It is about restoring confidence, fostering understanding, and supporting families to feel more connected, balanced, and supported on their journey toward health.
