About Jessica

I grew up with homeopathy which instilled in me a fascination for natural medicine and a deep trust in the wisdom of the body and it’s capacity to heal. At 19 years old I became very ill with salmonella while travelling and struggled to recover from a heavy dose of antibiotics. I returned to homeopathy to heal and while working in a Waldorf school for children with autism I learnt a great deal about the gut brain connection and holistic health.

From here on, I studied homeopathy and by the time I had my first child, I was already practicing with the amazing tools of homeopathy to support me through pregnancy, birth and childhood illnesses.

Having worked in educational, creative and therapeutic settings with neurodivergent children and young people, as well as those experiencing high anxiety, I have the skills and passion for helping them to overcome challenges in sleep, digestion and emotional regulation in order to live from a more resourced, confident and nourished place.

I am also passionate about supporting maternal health during pregnancy, birth, postnatally and beyond.

As an artist, I believe creativity, pleasure and joy have a great part to play in healing, and I work with mothers in particular to overcome the physical and mental barriers which are inhibiting them from living a life of more joy and ease.

I also have a lot of experience treating children with long term infestations of worms and intestinal parasites using homeopathy.

I divide my working life between homeopathy and textile design and all my free time is spent in nature – homeopathy, textiles and gardening are my passions and my medicine! I am also regenerating a degraded tropical dry forest in Colombia, South America.

My training and over 10 years of clinical experience have led me to practice homeopathy in a very practical way – I have learnt from different homeopaths all over the world who use different approaches and therefore I adapt my prescriptions based on the individual presentation and needs of each patient.

I am here to listen deeply and respond in a considered and holistic way with tried and tested homeopathic methods.

I always encourage each person to learn and engage as much as possible with homeopathy, remedies and their own healing journey.

My aim for each patient is to build greater resilience in their body and harmony in their mind so ultimately they have less need for medicines or external interventions.
