About Clare

Hello I’m Clare. I am a Classically trained Homeopath based in Southampton, UK, which is along the beautiful South Coast of England. I live here with my husband, 2 grown-up children and our dog. I offer face-to-face consultations at my Clinic here as well as International consultations via Zoom. I would describe myself as a General Practitioner as I enjoy variety and treating a whole range of symptoms and conditions in both Males and Females, although I do particularly enjoy working with Fertility, Pregnancy, Birth, Babies and Children.

I have a BSc (Hons) degree in Homeopathy from the Centre for Homeopathic Education in London, I’m also a Reiki Master and love how these two disciplines can work synergistically on the energy flow of the body bringing balance on a Holistic level. Although classically trained I do embrace the modern approaches which are available to us including Homeopathic Detoxing.

I have always believed that there had to be a different model of healing than the Conventional medicine approach, as a child I watched both my parents suffer with ailments and being prescribed medications which gave them side effects, inevitably they took more medicines to treat the side effects and this went on and on until they were both taking so many pills it was mind-boggling.

I first came across Homeopathy soon after the birth of my 2nd child, I was not feeling myself, low mood, insomnia, lack of appetite and was very teary. My Doctor wanted me to take anti-depressants but I was terrified that I was going along the same path as my parents and so I actively sort an alternative and luckily a friend recommended a Homeopath. I was amazed at how quickly Homeopathy helped me and in a safe, non-toxic way. I didn’t look back, this amazing treatment helped restore me back to myself and I have continued to use it for myself and family ever since. It enabled me to live my life with confidence and self-awareness knowing that I was in control of my choices. I was very fortunate that a welcome change in my personal circumstances gave me the opportunity to study this wonderful art/science and so here I am, a Qualified Homeopath eager to help others to achieve and maintain their best versions of themselves, and now in my clinic I never cease to be amazed at what Homeopathy can achieve and what a difference it can make to people’s lives, by getting to the root cause of an illness and enabling a lasting cure.

As well as being passionate about Homeopathy I also practice Yoga and meditation with a focus on breathing techniques. I love walking our dog along the beach near us as well as reading and listening to music (singing along and dancing too….). Skiing is another passion we share as a family and I do love to travel and share in other cultures.
