Bartosz Dziemidowicz
Professional Homeopath
About Me
My name is Bartosz Dziemidowicz M.Sc. LCPH MARH. I am a professional homeopath. In 2012 I graduated from the College of Practical Homeopathy in London, UK. I received my master’s degree in Biology from the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun, Poland. Torun is famous for the revolutionary astronomer Nicolaus Copernicus, the person who stopped the Sun and moved the Earth and “pierniki”, the gingerbread biscuits produced there since the XIII century. A definite must try if you visit.
Although originally I’m from Poland I’ve been living in the UK for more than twenty years now. Initial idea was to get here to improve my English (or rather to learn some) and somehow it stayed like this. I believe that I’ve succeeded with that task to a certain degree and in the meantime I have also managed to learn a few other things. Learning is a never ending process to me. In this case more is more and more is better. Out of other interests I like psychology, especially the Jungian approach to our inner life, which allows us to rediscover and reconnect with magical, sacred and more universal aspects of ourselves and our lives.
I’m based in Highgate, London, a stone’s throw from gorgeous Hampstead Heath, a beautiful park where you can even go for a winter swim in the pond if you dare. It is on my list but I haven’t tried it yet. Despite that I still try to live an active outdoor life and do as much sport as I can.
As a biologist my specialisation is in the field of human physiology. I always wanted to know how the human body works. Why? How? What makes it work and what does not? Studying biology opened my horizons and gave me a solid foundation in academic science. It is not only immunology, physiology, biochemistry, genetics that you learn during the course of study, but also botany, medicinal properties of plants and many Little did I know at that time that in a few years time I would be studying homeopathy in the UK. Homeopathy is a system of medicine developed by German physician Samuel Hahnemann where ultra diluted substances of plant, mineral or animal origin are used as therapeutic agents. Homeopathy is energetic medicine. Its perspective on what are health and disease or how we get cured or ill is different than in allopathic medicine.
It is clear to me that modern advances in medical science give as a potential of unimaginable magnitude. We can do so much more than ever before. We are reaching further and deeper into sub cellular and molecular level analysing each single gene searching for the ultimate cure. Unfortunately, what comes as a consequence of it is the fact that we are even more unable to see the wood for the trees. Everything is fragmented. Human beings are not even a sum of organs anymore. Humans have been reduced to the bunch of genes expressing itself and sometimes malfunctioning which we try to override and control.
At the same time looking at the person as a whole from a homeopathic perspective makes so much sense. That way of seeing things makes homeopathy undeniably very effective in treating multitudes of acute and chronic conditions. There is plenty of scientific research supporting that claim, if somebody cares to find it and read it. The efficacy and benefits of homoeopathy were noted by Mahatma Gandhi who said: “Homeopathy cures a larger percentage of cases than any other form of treatment and is beyond doubt safer and more economical.”
The advantages of using the whole person approach were also observed by medical science; hence Psycho-Neuro-Endocrine-Immunology (P.N.E.I.) was created. P.N.E.I. is thought to be an innovative medical approach investigating the link between the nervous system, the endocrine system, and the immune system and the implication of those correlations on a person’s overall health. I believe that it sounds strangely familiar to every homeopath. Homeopathy has been reborn as Low Dose Medicine and declared one of the most promising approaches allowing the
researchers to design innovative therapeutic strategies. It is not my intention to judge or to try to establish who is right and who is even more right here. I’m simply glad that I am able to take the best of both of those worlds, academia and homeopathy, and offer it to my patients. It is astonishing how the body can heal itself if we allow it to do so or sometimes offer a little help.
In homeopathy, my special Interest is in treatment of all sorts of traumas and injuries, especially sport injuries as well as neurodegenerative and autoimmune conditions. In my practice, I use alongside homeopathy the achievements of homotoxicology, bio-regulatory medicine and professional dietary supplements. I have also completed the Bach Flower Course for Homeopaths. I have always believed that an individual approach to each person is the key to formulating effective treatment strategies, especially important in the treatment of complex ailments that have become the plague of the 21st century.

Testimonials
“The treatment has had a tremendous impact on me. I went to see Bart for severe Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and the homeopathic treatment I received has definitely resolved my symptoms. I can now eat without discomfort and usually have more restful sleep. It’s interesting that I have not yet had any pain for the past 3 months. Thank you so much; working with you through this process has been a pleasure and I am so pleased you could really make a difference.”
