Complaints Procedure

Homeopathy247 provides a platform for International, Professional Homeopaths. Each homeopath works independently according to their own Code of Ethics provided by the Society and Laws of the country they practice from.

Homeopathy247 has no accountability in the relationship between you and your homeopath, therefore your first point of contact should be your homeopath. Your homeopath will make every effort to address your concerns and will provide you with a response to resolve the issues quickly and easily and find an acceptable way for both parties to move forward.

Homeopathy 247 aims to ensure that all clients working with our team of independent homeopaths receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. If you have any concerns regarding a homeopath on the homeopathy 247 team that you would like us to be aware of, we have a complaints procedure in order to address the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. As an act of goodwill, Homeopathy247 will endeavour to arbitrate between you and your homeopath with any difficulties. However, please note that Homeopathy247 has no liability in the relationship between you and your homeopath.

Homeopathy247 will endeavour to address the matter as soon as possible.

You will receive acknowledgement of the complaint within 72 hours of receipt with details of what will happen next.

Homeopathy247 will fully investigate your complaint using all of the information available and will make every effort to address your concerns.

It would be usual for your complaint to be forwarded to the person involved, in order to give them the opportunity to respond in full to the individual points outlined.

If our investigations take longer than five days, we will provide you with a final response within four weeks or explain our position and provide timescales for responding. If our investigations take longer than four weeks, we will keep you fully informed of the position until we are able to provide a final response.

Homeopathy247 relies on positive feedback from all of the clients using its service. If you would like to let us know of any incidences which have occurred which have not been up to the high standard of practitioner-ship that we expect from our team members then please contact us using this procedure.

Homeopaths on duty on our Homeopathy247 platform will not be able to handle any complaints. Please follow the procedure highlighted above.

I used the service twice within 48 hours after both children became unwell. I found them both to be professional, knowledgeable and understanding – all the things I expect from homeopathy. They answered any questions I had and kept the pathways of communication open so I felt very well supported. This kind of service is badly lacking in Ireland (where I live). Local homeopaths seem to work mostly on constitutional-type basis and are rarely available to handle acute care which is what a lot of mums I know need most.
